A stunning Venice Beach loft once owned by guitar god Eric Clapton is back on the market for $US5.4 million.
The two-bedroom property, just footsteps from the famous Californian beach, was reportedly bought by Clapton in the late 1990s and sold in 2004.
According to Mansion Global, its price has jumped back and forth in the last year, with an asking price of $US5.1 million last July, before being reduced to $US4.75 million in December.
When the property was last sold in 2011, the then-owner threw in a digital tape left behind by the former Yardbirds and Cream legend.
Set behind secure gates, the private loft has nine-metre ceilings in the Grand Room and six-metre ceilings in the master bedroom.
The home offers a kitchen, dining for more than 10 people, master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and stunning ocean views.
There’s also a loft bed space, a huge, private patio for outdoor entertaining and parking space for four cars.
The home is now listed with Josh Altman of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
