An electrical wholesaler has leased a 2,565sq m industrial office/warehouse unit at Tenancy 3, 19 Holbeche Road, Arndell Park NSW from Macada under a 7 year lease.

This brand new unit was recently completed and features 11.1 metre internal clearance and 2 on grade roller shutter doors.

The deal was negotiated by Joe Trimboli at Savills Industrial & Logistics, who said the tenant had an upcoming lease expiry and with the recent growth to their operations, they needed a larger warehouse.
