Ever since the birth of the first of their two children, Jennifer Hawkins-Wall and Jake Wall have been looking for a Central Coast home which would put daughter, Frankie Violet and son, Hendrix closer to their grandparents.
The family achieved its wish this week when they bought a stunning Terrigal offering that has rolling lawns down to Avoca Lake, also known as Avoca or Bulbararing Lagoon.
It was a whisper quiet, off market sale by Mat Steinwede at McGrath Terrigal, who has long ranked as the elite number one agent in the McGrath network.

Jake Wall and Jennifer Hawkins have bought lagoon acreage at Terrigal.
The $6 million purchase was secured after negotiations in late 2020 with the vendors, Dr John and Anne Graham who’ve owned it since 1987.
The 3.3ha holding, which comes with a seven-bedroom old-English style manor, is one of only a handful bordering the lagoon.
Hawkins and Wall had been looking for the right property since Frankie Violet was born in October 2019, then more so after brother Hendrix arrived in October 2021.
The couple plan to build their dream home here.
The couple will now be closer to family based in the Newcastle-Lake Macquarie district.
The local chatter is that they plan to knock down the house and build using Jake Wall’s award-winning construction company, J Group Projects.
The couple’s current Whale Beach home project is on the double block once owned by the late opera singer, Joan Sutherland.
They bought the Rocca Bella estate for $6.95 million.

This home isn’t long for the world.
There’s been an off the architect’s plan buyer already for the home with a put and call option granted late last year.
The paperwork was signed by finance entrepreneur Simon Tripp who had no beneficial interest in the purchasing company, so the locals reckon Michael Cannon-Brookes could very well emerge as the buyer.
Cannon-Brookes, of course, loves Casa Paloma at Newport, which he bought from Hawkins and Wall in 2020.
