Ms McDougall said the home was set on a “beautifully landscaped” 1.39ha of land with little garden upkeep required.
“You arrive and there’s nothing required on the property, it’s the most low-maintenance holiday house I’ve ever seen,” Ms McDougall said.
“You can just go out sailing, waterskiing, fishing, wakeboarding and adventuring on the lake.
“You don’t have to spend the weekend mowing.”

Ms McDougall said the owners had constructed the house to be their “forever holiday house” but ended up unexpectedly falling in love with an interstate home which they decided to purchase instead.
“They put so much extra into it (the Taylor Bay house), it’s incredible and no expense has been spared,” Ms McDougall said.

“There’s also a cool room and games room that opens to the lake,” Ms McDougall said.
“It’s a real showstopper.”
