Already proving extremely popular, Merri Northcote was the second most-viewed property development listing on realestate.com.au from April to June.

Mr Antonopoulos said that word-of-mouth sales have been “phenomenal,” with the bulk of off-the-plan purchases being owner-occupying downsizers.

“We’ve had a lot of locals from Northcote, Fitzroy, and Clifton Hill downsizing from large homes into large apartments,” he said.
