9 September 2022 – Savills Australia and New Zealand has announced it is strengthening its Project Management leadership team with the appointment of Paul Hunter as State Director – NSW.
Having held senior appointments with CBRE Project Management and Root Partnerships (NSW) previously, Paul brings over three decades’ experience managing complex multi-disciplinary property and civil infrastructure projects - including concept and detailed design, town planning approvals, transaction management (procurement) and construction implementation – to the role.
Within his previous remits, Paul managed major projects such as the Griffith Base Hospital, Nepean Hospital (Stage 2) and Campbelltown Hospital (Phase 2) redevelopments which included client representative for Health Infrastructure NSW, Western Sydney Airport, Barangaroo Development, Stockland and the Sydney International Convention, Exhibition and Entertainment Precinct.
