A WOMAN has been rushed to hospital after a serious crash left her trapped in her vehicle for up to 45 minutes in Sydney’s inner south this morning.

The woman is in a critical but stable condition at RPA Hospital.

Emergency crews were called to the Princes Highway at St Peters just before 5am this morning after reports a woman’s car had been T-boned by a grey ute.

The unconscious woman, believed to be aged in her 20s, was trapped inside her car go 45 minutes before being freed.

She was rushed by ambulance to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and her conditions is unknown.

Crash Investigation units arrived shorty after the woman was removed and are working to determine the circumstances of the accident.

All southbound lanes on the Princes Highway are closed.
