Three Savills Queensland employees have recently progressed through the ranks, accepting new positions within their respective divisions.
Those with new roles at Savills include:
- Daniel Boyes, Manager, Office Leasing QLD
Daniel Boyes, who specialises in the lease of Brisbane CBD office space, has recently been promoted to the role of Office Leasing Manager, having joined the business in early 2015 as an Office Leasing Executive. Daniel has made waves during his time at Savills, taking home several accolades early into his career, including the business’ Rookie of the Year award in 2015 and the Rising Star award in 2016
- Neil Watson, Senior Project Manager, Project Management QLD
Neil began his career in the construction industry in South Africa in 2007, working for a tier one construction company. He proceeded to immigrate to Australia in 2011 with a desire to further his career, ultimately joining Savills Project Management in 2014. Having worked in both the private and public sectors of the construction industry, Neil possesses a diverse level of project management experience across a range of different sectors, including retail, commercial, health, industrial, high rise (residential), civil, airports, hotels and resorts, casinos, education, and office fitouts and relocations
- Tracey Cummins, Senior Project Manager, Project Management QLD
Tracey has been involved in client side project management roles for public and private sector clients for more than 10 years and is a highly skilled property professional who started with Savills as a Project Manager in 2015. In addition to possessing a wealth of knowledge across the retail, stadium, commercial, resort, and retirement living project sectors, she holds a Bachelor of Engineering, Environmental, with First Class Honours from James Cook University. Tracey also actively contributes to the property industry, with a position on the Property Council of Australia’s Queensland Infrastructure Committee and her role as a sponsor for their 100 Women in Property program
