A NSW man has been extradited to Queensland on 38 child sex charges spanning a decade.
The 50-year-old Harrington Park man allegedly indecently treated, sexually assaulted and raped three children in Brisbane and Ipswich between 2001 and 2011.
Court documents show one of the children was younger than twelve and the other two were under his care when they were allegedly abused.
The man appeared via AVL in the Parramatta Local Court on Saturday and did not oppose his extradition.
Queensland police were in the court as a magistrate ordered the man be released into the custody of an officer.
He is due to face court in Maroochydore on Monday.
