Savills Cordeau Marshall Director Craig Marshall was last night named 2017 REB Principal of the Year – Metropolitan.  The REB Awards recognise the most innovative agents and businesses in real estate, and the event saw over 900 industry professionals gather at the International Convention Centre.

Mr Marshall is the Principal of Savills Cordeau Marshall, the leading real estate agency on the upper North Shore of Sydney.*  He said he was both humbled and honoured to have received the award, the culmination of over 30 years of dedication and commitment to real estate on the North Shore. He attributed his success and that of the business to teamwork, and to holding excellence in client service as the key objective.

“The award is a great acknowledgement of the hard work and commitment of my team. So much of success in real estate is about people, and I work with the best in the business. We work together as equals, and our culture is not just about success, it is about valuing every person’s contribution.”

Mr Marshall’s career spans over 30 years in real estate, and he noted that during his time at the helm there have been many changes in the industry, requiring foresight and the ability adapt to the evolving landscape.

“I have always tried to look ahead and adopt innovative practices, and this has helped to guide us through the challenges and continue to grow in strength. I relished the opportunity to be part of putting Savills, a global property giant, on the residential real estate map in Australia.  It has been a rewarding journey and I am looking forward to continuing to develop the business.”
