THE US-based Altium chief executive Aram Mirkazemi has listed his Clontarf home.
Set on 700 sqm, the home on the so-called Gordon St dress circle has views over Sandy Bay to The Spit.
It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a media room and a cabana that opens to a poolside terrace.
Mirkazemi paid $2.9 million for the property in 2009.
Clarke & Humel agents Kingsley Looker and Michael Clarke have listed it with expectations of getting between $3.7 million and $4 million.
Mirkazemi heads up Altium, a $1 billion ASX-listed company that specialises in printed circuit board design software.
The company, whose stock has soared almost 6000 per cent in the past five years, has even been noticed by Google co-founder Sergey Brin.
Mirkazemi arrived in Australia as an 18-year-old refugee from Iran more than 30 years ago not knowing a word of English.
