NICK ABBOUD, the former boss of collapsed electronics retailer Dick Smith, has listed the Mosman home he shares with wife, Lisa.

The property has undergone an extensive renovation since she paid $5 million in 2013, a year after Abboud took the reins prior to the ambitious sharemarket float.

As Dick Smith’s second largest shareholder, Abboud then lost a small fortune through the retailer’s collapse.

The Hopetoun Avenue home, overlooking Chinaman’s Beach, has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a solar heated pool.

Raine & Horne Mosman agent Brendan Warner, who sold the home last time round, has the listing.

While not the frontrunner, Abboud has been in the mix to take the vacant CEO job at Myer.
