"Please know we are determined to understand the causes fully and will do whatever is required to
prevent something like this occurring again," Mr Samorowski's said in the second statement.
"We have been, and will continue to work closely with the authorities to provide them with all the information they require."
Connor Petterson was flown to Lady Cilento Children's Hospital on Wednesday afternoon after reportedly becoming entangled in the high ropes course, suffering severe neck and facial injuries.
Workplace Health and Safety inspectors attended the Woodford property following the accident.
Year 9 boys from Marist College were on the second day of a four-day school camp at Adventure Alternatives when the incident occurred.
The college cancelled the camp and return the boys home Wednesday afternoon.
On Thursday morning, the college said the teen was receiving "the best of care" and asked for prayers for him and his family.
Industrial Relations Minister Grace Grace said the incident "must have been terribly traumatic" for all involved.
"Workplace Health and Safety Queensland officers attended the privately owned adventure facility near Woodford yesterday, and will return today to continue the investigations," she said.
"The safety of Queensland students is always paramount and we will leave no stone unturned to get to the bottom of how and why this incident occurred."
Mr Samorowski said it was "imperative" to recognise the "challenging" nature of the incident and the number of people affected.

"These people include but are not limited to the individual student whom was involved in the incident and their family, the other students of the activity group, teachers from the school and also the Outdoor Educators whom attended to the incident at hand," he said.
Mr Samorowski said the company's staff sent their thoughts and prayers to all involved, including "the teachers and students whom were directly involved with the incident and our fellow peers who assisted throughout the situation and administered first aid."
