Savills Australia arranges lease for mining company for an office located in the heart of Adelaide CBD

Woomera Mining has secured a new office space in the Aurora Building at 147 Pirie Street, Adelaide.

Savills Australia’s Adam Hartley and Alexandra McGee arranged the lease transfer for suite 116 within 48 hours for a tenant wishing to break their lease. They were pleased to be able to efficiently and promptly assist their clients.

“The tenant wanted to break its lease as the company’s project work was finished ahead of schedule and there was still more than a year on the lease,” Mr Hartley said.

The suite has a modern office fit-out with some traditional elements, including boardrooms and a reception area.

“Compared to open-plan offices, this layout is not as in demand but it was just what Woomera Mining was in the market for,” Miss McGee said.

“The modern building also offers premium amenities, including a rooftop patio that has fantastic views, a rooftop gym, spa and event rooms that tenants can book.”
