Jorja & Co will open fashion doors located 25 kilometers from the Adelaide CBD, in the Mt Lofty Ranges.

Natasha Bertram of Savills Retail Leasing arranged the lease and said the 98sq m space, set at Shop 33 in the Mt Barker Central Shopping Centre, fulfils the fashion store’s expansion needs.

“The shopping centre services one of the fastest growing non-coastal areas in Australia highlighting a dominant retail precinct,” Ms Bertram said.

Owner of Jorja & Co, Brooke Gatt, says the fashion store will thrive within the area and succeed amongst those who are tired of travelling to the city or buying online.

“There is nothing else like Jorja & Co in the centre. We are stocking leading streetwear brands such as Stussy and Windsor Smith as well as fashion labels that will include The Fifth Label and Bardot,” Ms Gatt said.

The fashion site will be located opposite Kmart and next door to the new EB games/Zing store and Ms Bertram said there has been significant interest for other potential tenancies in the complex.

“A new extension of the centre is underway with completion due in late 2018, leaving both ground and first floor opportunities available for restaurants, medical offices or retail,” she said.
