Bertram Central has hit the market and Savills Australia invites those seeking a solid investment opportunity to express their interest in the modern complex.

Savills Australia’s Barney Dear, Chas Moore and Chris Ireland have been appointed to sell the retail centre located on the Corner of Champion Drive and Hero Crescent, Bertram and said they are expecting a variety of interest amongst the mix of potential buyers.

The main building boasts a modern IGA layout with a central mall area and eight surrounding specialty stores, whilst the remaining two structures host the liquor, fast food, medical and gymnasium uses. The 9,196sqm site is within the well-established suburb of Bertram, located 32 kilometers south of the Perth CBD and Mr Moore says the complex is in a prime position.

“The complex falls within the catchment of the City of Kwinana and is bounded by Champion drive, Hero Crescent, Price Parkway and Protector Way and provides excellent exposure to the busy Johnson Road,” Mr Moore said.

Located in close proximity to major arterial roads, including Thomas Road and Mortimer Road, Mr Dear says the Bertram Shopping Centre is well positioned to benefit from its established and growing trade area.

“The centre provides convenient access from Protector Way and Champion Drive and allows visitors and shoppers to take advantage of the onsite parking that is provided for up to 105 vehicles, along with additional street parking for approximately 50 cars.” Mr Dear said.
