Leo Weiz Australia Property Holdings Pty Ltd has signed a lease deal for an office located at 178 North Terrace, Adelaide.

The iconic tower is located within walking distance to Rundle mall, Adelaide Oval and the Adelaide Riverbank area, which is about to be developed into a world class entertainment precinct.

Savills Director of Office Leasing Adam Hartley arranged the lease and said the tenant was highly attracted to the location and open flexible floorplan.
