Jensen PLUS has committed to a five year lease for an office located in the Adelaide CBD, shortly after the office underwent a comprehensive refurbishment.
Adam Hartley of Savills Office Leasing negotiated the deal for 21 Roper Street, Adelaide and said the tenant was drawn to the modern space.
”From their first inspection Jensen PLUS was attracted to the unique character of this building, new facilities and high feature ceiling,” Mr Hartley said.
Swan Family Lawyers have owned the building since 2016 and upon Mr Hartley’s advice to refurbish the space, the owners are pleased with the outcome and are looking forward to Jensen PLUS moving in.
“It was important to find a tenant that had the right fit for the building given that the owners operate from the ground floor space,” Mr Hartley said.
This building was refurbished to target a creative style company and Jensen PLUS will pay $330 per square metre.
