An office floor located in ones of Melbourne’s most popular locations has sold for $1.1 million, reflecting a strong yield of 4.15 percent.

Savills Australia’s Benson Zhou, Jesse Radisich and Nick Peden brokered the deal for level three, 313 Little Collins Street, Melbourne and said significant interest was generated.

“More than 40 groups inspected the property within three weeks and more than 150 enquires were generated throughout the campaign,” Mr Zhou said.

A local investor secured the whole floor and Mr Zhou said the location was the ultimate drawcard for the buyer.

“The boutique building is conveniently located within the heart of the Melbourne CBD and offers tenants the opportunity to be positioned close to public transport and the new ‘St Collins Lane’ shopping centre,” Mr Zhou said.
