Senversa Pty Ltd has secured part of the ground floor of 190 Flinders Street as tenancies at this prime CBD location continue to be in popular demand.
Adam Hartley and Alexandra McGee of Savills Office Leasing secured the deal for Senversa and said the tenants were drawn to the convenience and efficiency that the building offers.
“The owners of this building are willing to listen and act on feedback we give them and are good landlords to their existing tenants, which is why only one tenancy now remains in the building,” Mr Hartley said.
Senversa’s Adelaide business has been growing rapidly and Mr Hartley said the ground floor space meets their expansion requirements.
“The office meets Senversa’s requirement for extra space, without making the move a costly exercise because they are able to use much of the existing fit-out,” Mr Hartley said.
The property is a rare find and Ms McGee says the office will provide amenities that cannot be offered throughout other Adelaide CBD spaces.
