Medi-Map Group Pty Ltd, a New Zealand based company fusing technology and healthcare into the Australian market, is the first company to sign for one of Adelaide’s newest co-working spaces.
Adam Hartley and Zandra McGee of Savills Office Leasing negotiated the lease for Medi-Map Group Pty Ltd at the location of level three, 12 Pirie Street, Adelaide after the successful business opted to launch their service line in South Australian soil on the back of the 10 Gigabit Adelaide network being rolled out across Adelaide.
Ms McGee said a major drawcard for their choice of office was its ability to provide interactive yet professional fundamentals.
“Medi-Map Group Pty Ltd and businesses alike are entering the market place with the expectation of fully furnished offices, with a collaborative element of communal working spaces but with a corporate finish of private suites,” Ms McGee said.
Savills Australia has also been appointed to lease the remaining spaces of the building and Mr Hartley says the market is demanding more office spaces that carry a co-operative fit-out.
“As businesses keep up with the fast pace of technology and change the way they operate, the need for office space adapts as companies embrace their more mobile nature and seek flexibility,” he said.
Medi-Map Group Pty Ltd have signed a one year lease and will pay a rental figure of $31,680 per annum for the 19sq m office.
Currently, there is significant interest for the remaining suites with two companies expected to sign leases by the end of September.
