Savills Australia has cemented its position as a Melbourne commercial property leader after picking up three awards at last night’s prestigious Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) Marketing Awards.

The Melbourne business was a dominant presence at the presentation at The Watermark in Docklands, taking home the awards for best marketing campaign for the Development – Budget over $20,000, Office – Budget over $30,000 and Retail – Budget between $10,000-$30,000 categories.

Savills State Director of CBD and Metropolitan Sales, Clinton Baxter, said “It’s extremely rewarding for our team to be recognised by the real estate industry in this way. A huge team effort is applied to each and every sale campaign we run for our clients. And for that effort to be noticed and valued certainly makes us all very proud.”

Savills marketing campaign for The International – 81-89 Bay Street, Brighton, earned it the Development – Budget over $20,000 award.

Savills National PR Manager, Bonnie Ziegeler, commented “It is readily apparent that our sales team strives for excellence in all that they do and nothing excites us more than offering a property of the calibre and location of The Brighton International. We achieved a huge result for our client, and now winning this award really is the icing on the cake.”

72-74 Bourke Street, Melbourne, and 124-130 Russell Street, Melbourne earned the Retail – Budget between $10,000-$30,000 and Office – Budget over $30,000 awards respectively.

The business was also named a finalist in the Development – Budget under $20,000 category for its marketing campaign for 500 Station Street, Box Hill.
