MEET Adam the real estate agent who is worming his way into the Manly market with funky breakdance moves every time he scores a big sale.

And he’s proving a viral sensation on the internet too.

The 43-year-old agent rippled his way across the floor to celebrate a recent big sale and colleagues captured his moves on a phone.

The worming agent has been clocking up a big following — from buyers and sellers alike — with his online videos attracting thousands of views across various social media channels.

“I used to watch a lot of Michael Jackson music clips when I was young and taught myself breakdancing,” said Adam Moore who is an agent with Stone Real Estate.

His father even made him a polished timber board he could take to parties to show off his spins when he was about eight years old.

Mr Moore took to the floor recently when he sold a Queenscliff house for $5.425 million — which beat the street record by more than $1 million. He was celebrating the big result and colleagues filmed him.

Then last week he couldn’t help but demonstrate his worm dance to a young family looking at a house in Freshwater.

“The floors were so polished in the house the family’s two young children started dancing on them. I had to show them my worm dance and the dad later said if I can get them a new family house he wants to film me doing the worm again,” Mr Stone said.

This isn’t the first time the agile agent has taken an entrepreneurial approach to sell real estate. Mr Stone is currently offering a $2498 electric bike to anyone who buys a house from him this Spring.

He has also auctioned off original paintings of views of properties, organised gourmet canapés at some of the luxury home kitchens he has marketed and booked chamber orchestras at open houses.
