Three new tenants have committed to one of Adelaide’s most premium co-working spaces, demonstrating a significant shift in the way businesses are reforming their workplace environments.

RPO Pty Ltd, Improvement (Foundation) Australia Ltd and Fitzpatricks Private Wealth S.A Pty Ltd will call Level 3, 12 Pirie Street, Adelaide home after signing twelve-month lease agreements.

Adam Hartley and Zandra McGee of Savills Office Leasing arranged the three lease terms for spaces ranging between 16sq m and 82sq m.

“The companies were attracted to the space because of its “trendy”, spacious and corporate fit-out as well as the convenience that co-working spaces have to offer,” Ms McGee said.

Rates range from $863 per sqm and $1,650 per sqm, and Ms McGee said tenants are happy to pay for the convenience and flexibility that spot co-working offers.

“Pirie Street is coming alive with cafés and is becoming the new corporate hub of town,” Ms McGee said.
