Savills Australia’s Rob Dickins and Chris Rowe negotiated the assignment of levels six, seven and eight at 8 Chifley Square on behalf of PPB, at an effective rental rate of approximately $1,120 per square metre.

“The 2,594sq m space provided a quality fitted tenancy, largely open planned with an atrium that spanned all floors providing a unique environment,” Mr Dickins said.

The five year and two month tenancy is a result of PPB Advisory being recently acquired by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and the business being integrated into the PwC Barangaroo office location.

Mr Dickins said that 8 Chifley Square enables sitting tenant growth potential which was particularly beneficial to the tenants.

“Quantium Group were experiencing expansion and PPB’s tenancy can largely be adapted to effectively suit their business and accommodate their growth needs,” he said.
