National Crime Check Pty Ltd will relocate to a space along the outskirts of Adelaide CBD, demonstrating strong demand for fully fitted spaces.

Zandra McGee and Adam Hartley of Savills Office Leasing arranged the four-year lease agreement for Unit 2, 69 Fullarton Road, Kent Town at a rate of $270 per square metre.

“National Crime Check Pty Ltd were attracted to the convenience of the space being already fitted with the owners now willing to install a brand new kitchen,” Ms McGee said.

Ms McGee continued to say that the windows throughout the 490sq m office were an ultimate drawcard for the crime solution company.

“Natural light is becoming significantly popular and in demand among tenants due to well-lit spaces being beneficial to staff’s well-being,” she said.

National Crime Check Pty Ltd has grown its Adelaide based team and will begin their lease in December, 2018 with options to renew.
