Savills Australia has welcomed a new Director to help lead the Victorian business’ Industrial & Business Services division and grow an increasing market share of Melbourne’s industrial investment sector.

Brad Esler brings with him more than 11 years’ experience in real estate and joins Savills from JLL, where he started as a valuer in 2007 before transitioning into an investment specialist role.

“Brad has extensive experience in the industrial capital markets sector and enjoys strong relationships with all investors in the Melbourne industrial market,” National Head of Industrial & Business Services, Michael Fenton, said.

“He has worked on some major transactions in Melbourne, and his appointment will help to bolster our service offering in this important sector of the market.”

In addition to his valuation background, Mr Esler has extensive academic qualifications, including a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance, undergraduate degree in Applied Science (Property) and FINSIA and ASIC accreditations.

Mr Esler said he looked forward to “Working closely with industrial operatives across Victoria to enhance the client-focused service Savills has established”.
