InHome Care SA Pty Ltd have secured the ground floor of an office in one of Adelaide’s busiest precincts as well-located tenancies continue to be highly contested.
Savills Office Leasing's Adam Hartley and Zandra McGee negotiated the lease on a two-year term with renewal options for 153 Hutt Street and said the office met the aged care company’s requirements.
”The tenancy provides a spacious set-up for their employees with a separate area that could be opened up and facilitated as a training space,” Mr Hartley said.
Mr Hartley continued to say that the office location and convenience was a key drawcard for the tenant.
“The office has pull-up client parking and ample option for long-term parking available nearby as well direct access to the free City Loop bus,” he said.
InHome care are currently in occupation and will pay $327 per square metre.
