Real Housewives Of Sydney star Krissy Marsh has put her Double Bay apartment up for auction on March 28 — which is a very significant date for her.
“28 is my lucky number — all my kids were born on the 28th and I was married on the 28th,” Ms Marsh told the Wentworth Courier in an exclusive interview.

The incredible home of Alex Ma
There were reports last year that she wanted $5 million for the Kann Finch-designed three-bedroom apartment in The Bay Residences at 24/18 Bay St when it was quietly listed with Raine and Horne Double Bay’s Alex Lyons in December.
With her heart set on buying a holiday home in Noosa, she’s now decided to get serious with the apartment set to go under the hammer with a guide of $4.2 million to $4.6 million.
“It’s with a very heavy heart — it’s a fantastic apartment, such a great feel about it being so airy and light and I do love the Double Bay village vibe,” she said.
“When we lived down there, my kids all knew the local butcher and the baker.

“Double Bay has very limited supply and I think with two massive lounge rooms, there’s nothing comparable.”
With its top-of-the-range finishes and super-smart kitchen with Miele appliances in a top Double Bay location, the 287 sqm apartment with two-car garaging really does stand out.
The only apartments of similar quality are in the 1788 complex, which are still a long way off being completed.
The former real estate mogul lives with her architect husband Johnny, daughter Milana and sons Nicco and Billy live in the Dover Heights home they put to auction two years ago.
