”This is the genuine thing … and it’s finished to a standard I have not seen others finished to,” Mr Staver said.

“The developer planned for this to be his long-term home, so that’s one of the reasons it is so high end.

“There’s about 3.5 years left on the lease,” he said.

“The property makes for a great short-term investment and, when you’re ready to pack up and move in, you can do so,” he said.

“It really is a high end apartment.”
