Bazem property developer Barry Nesbitt has been revealed as the mystery $21.8 million buyer of the Point Piper waterfront of Nando billionaire Richard Enthoven.
The identity of the couple who snaffled the five-bedroom, five-bathroom home at 7 Wunulla Rd has been a closely guarded secret by all agents involved in the hushed-up deal for more than a month.
But the Wentworth Courier’s sources say it’s indeed Mr Nesbitt and his wife, Emma, who were known to be scouring the eastern suburbs for a larger home.

Barry Nesbitt selling in Bellevue Hill
They’ve recently listed their five-bedroom home with pool on a 1366 sqm block at 69 Bulkara Rd, Bellevue Hill with Ray White Double Bay principal Elliott Placks.
It’s set to have a $10 million guide at a forthcoming auction.
Their new home — which Mr Enthoven, who is also the founder and chief executive of the Hollard Insurance Company and chairman of the Insurance Council of Australia, bought with his wife, Karen, for $18 million in 2015 — is on a smaller 810 sqm block but comes with a 19m absolute waterfrontage.
There’s also a private jetty, boatshed and pool.
The sale was negotiated by Peter Leipnik of BadgerFox, who has been equally and frustratingly tongue-tied about the purchaser as Mr Placks.
Mr Nesbitt and his company Bazem have been targeting downsizers with house and land packages on the upper north shore.
