Frenchs Forest is a suburb undergoing massive change. The new Northern Beaches Hospital is at the end of the road and a high school is proposed for a site a couple of roads away near the existing Aquatic Centre. Last weekend another home in Bantry Bay Rd, number 138, sold for $2.3 million. That was a luxury home on 1124sqm of land.

According to CoreLogic the median house price for Frenchs Forest is $1.6 million based on 134 house sales over a 12 month period, up to June this year.
