Surrounded in incredible landscaped gardens.

Each bedroom has a different view.

The lucky buyers, who ‘fell in love’ with the home, plan to use the property for residential.

“The set up works well for BnB’s, but also extended families, which is why the buyers loved it because they have overseas family that come and visit,” agent Tom O’Gorman said from George Brand Kincumber said.

Like something from the English countryside.

Set on one hectare of land.

One of the leading BnB’s on the coast, the vendors of over nine years managed to triple the business in their time renting it out to clients.

Set up like a retreat on a hectare of land, the home is split into two main areas — the BnB on the right hand side and the family home on the left, separated by an office.

The three BnB suites each have a private bathroom and balcony and have been kept immaculately.

All three suites face the same way, but each have a unique view, which is the way that the landscaping was planned.

The family’s living quarters include two large bedrooms upstairs and open-plan living spaces.

On top of that, there is another bedroom, bathroom and triple car garage downstairs.
