One of the leading BnB’s on the coast, the vendors of over nine years managed to triple the business in their time renting it out to clients.
Set up like a retreat on a hectare of land, the home is split into two main areas — the BnB on the right hand side and the family home on the left, separated by an office.
The three BnB suites each have a private bathroom and balcony and have been kept immaculately.
All three suites face the same way, but each have a unique view, which is the way that the landscaping was planned.
The family’s living quarters include two large bedrooms upstairs and open-plan living spaces.
On top of that, there is another bedroom, bathroom and triple car garage downstairs.
