Sydney retirees are the rumoured buyers of a restored church on land in western Sydney.
The renovated two-bedroom former church at 10 Mooresfield Lane, Ellis Lane, was originally trucked to the property from the mid-north New South Wales town of Gloucester 30 years ago as the owner began the painstaking renovations to bring the home up to the standard it is today.

It is rumoured the land and property have sold for around $1 million
Sitting on 0.84 hectares of land, the two-storey former church is just over 5km to the town of Camden and features church-styled windows and front door.
Polished timber floorboards run throughout the property, the kitchen is made of timber and the home features a combined living and dining room, while there is a spa in the bathroom.
The property extends as far as the Nepean River and features an American-style barn with solid concrete flooring and three-phase power.
United Realty agent Tanya Novek said the current owner is selling up to move into a retirement village closer to family.
The property last sold in October 1989 for $155,000.
