Archerfield Farm, the western Sydney horse breeding facility developed by former INXS manager CM Murphy, has again been listed for sale, this time with a price guide of around $4.5 million.
It was last listed late in 2017 for $5 million and pulled from the market in July 2018.

The 16.2 hectare property, 105 Edwards Road, Richmond Lowlands, is ideally suited towards keen horse and horse lifestyle buyers.
The grounds were most recently featured on an episode of The Bachelor Australia.
Chris Murphy, or CM Murphy was the manager of INXS between 1979 and 1995, as well as 2008 and 2012. He also managed the Models.
The property features a 230m long gated driveway, a restored 1920s three-bedroom cottage with 10 foot ceilings, open timber floors, ducted airconditioning and heating.
The second home on the property is a four-bedroom Queenslander complete with an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. It has a wraparound balcony, split system airconditioning and slow combustion fireplace.
Breeding manager Nick Arena said they do hope the new owner keeps the property as a horse breeding facility or at least love the property as a sanctuary or retreat one hour away from Sydney as much as Chris did.
“Every single tree, rosebush and hedge was planted by Chris from his own plan by scratch and the entire layout of the property was thoughtfully put together and the one thing he didn’t want to do was level the property,” he said.
“When you look at the position of the property it is pretty much the hub of Sydney polo, there are a number of polo clubs within a 5km radius and some amazing estates on the same road as Archerfield Farm … People are turning these once dairy farms into luxurious estates.
“We used to have our racehorses trained in Randwick and then transport them back here so they are not locked up in a cell in city, which is not a great headspace for the horse.
“We don’t expect a buyer to come from the polo fraternity in Australia but certainly someone at the cutting edge of horse breeding … we are talking to some people in the genetics arena at the moment.”
