After seven months on the market, a one-of-a-kind Black Hill acreage reportedly owned by the wife of controversial Yogurtland franchisor Paul Siderovski has been sold in a top secret deal.
Described as a ‘minimalist masterpiece’, the property on Forsythe Pdewas originally marketed in March with a price guide of $2.9 million that was reduced in June to $2.6 million.

River Realty Maitland, who sold the property, were unable to confirm the purchase price or give out any information about the sale due to a strict privacy policy with the vendors and buyers.
Earlier this year Domain reported that the property was a weekender owned by Valentina Siderovski, the wife of high-profile accountant and Yogurtland franchisor, Paul Siderovski.
This year Mr Siderovski has been faced with legal battles with franchisee’s over allegedly unpaid yoghurt bills, according to the Newcastle Herald.
The Black Hill property is located in a prime Lower Hunter location on a 1.11ha block, set back from the road behind an avenue of established trees.
