Colin Tarlamis has been appointed as a Director based out of the Notting Hill office and will focus on the south east Melbourne market and Daniel De Sanctis has been appointed as a Manager based in our Melbourne CBD office and will work on the Northern industrial precinct.

Colin has over 15 years’ experience within the Australian property market, and specialises in industrial land sales, pre-lease and general agency along with a strong background of commercial sales and leasing and all residential project marketing and estate sales.

Daniel has over 13 years’ experience in Melbourne’s Northern Industrial market and specialises in a wide range of sales and leasing transactions.
