Focusing on renovating at Berowra Creek – and moving into their Darling Point apartment – Channel 7 television veteran Larry Emdur and wife Sylvie have sold a Tamarama investment property.

The longtime Alexander St holding fetched $1.805  million for the co-host of The Morning Show and host of The Chase Australia.

The recently renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment overlooks the coastline.

It marks another reshuffle in the couple’s property portfolio.

Emdur paid $387,500 in 1997 for the apartment, which was listed for sale through his son Jye Emdur at TRG during which it was briefly up for rent for $1075 a week.
