Tim Grant has been appointed to the role of Director on the team and with over 20 years’ experience, brings an intimate and in-depth knowledge of the Melbourne market as well as a network of long-standing client relationships.

During his career, which includes senior roles with Dawkins Occhiuto and Knight Frank, Tim’s focus has been in the area of commercial property sales within the Melbourne fringe and metro markets, and he has a strong track record of, and expertise in, the sale of freehold office investments, commercial and residential development sites and strata office developments.

Joining Tim on the Melbourne CBD and Metropolitan Sales team is James Latos, who joins as Associate Director.

During his extensive time in the legal and property industries, James has significant experience representing an array of local and offshore buyers and sellers across including government, institutional groups, high net worth individuals, syndicates and both publicly listed and private sector companies.

Throughout his career, James has specialised in the sale of development and investment grade assets across Melbourne’s middle markets and is well regarded for his diligent and innovative approach to commercial real estate.
