With over 25 years’ experience in commercial property, Stephen joins Savills from Gill Property where he was owner and partner.

Formerly, Stephen was Retail Director at JLL where he spent 13 years leading the agency’s major retail investment sales, working with some of the country’s best known retail groups.  Stephen was key in orchestrating key transactions for JLL’s retail investment arm, from shopping centres to supermarkets and large format retail investments, including over $400m of 7/11 sales for 7/11 and owners, the Barlow family.

Stephen spent a further decade prior to this with Knight Frank. In his role as Director, Retail Investments with the agency, he was instrumental in the emergence of the ALDI supermarket brand to Victoria, leading on site sourcing state-wide.

Other high-profile brands Stephen has successfully coordinated portfolio sales for include ANZ, Woolworths, Shell and United Petroleum.
