A Brisbane mansion with an Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) ring used regularly by heavyweight champions has hit the market.
Car dealer Luke Camilleri is selling the property at 14 Premier Tce in Bridgeman Downs, dubbed ‘The Kingdom’, which is as much a luxurious retreat as a haven for sports enthusiasts.
The Aspley Mazda dealer principal said he had hosted the likes of Justin Tafa, a current UFC heavyweight, and Dane ‘DaddyKool’ Beauchamp, a former Muay Thai world champion.

Along with the UFC ring, the home boasts an eight-car garage and an NRL entertaining area, complete with a bar that’s straight out of your wildest sporting fantasies.
“From the UFC ring where my mates and I spar, to the world-class entertainment spaces, ‘The Kingdom’ is a playground for those who love to mix luxury and excitement,” said Mr Camilleri. “Bigger hitters and current boxers train here weekly.”
The property also has an extensive home gym.
“We wanted a house that had everything — where you didn’t have to go anywhere.”
Mr Camilleri said the decision to sell and move to an acreage property had not been easy.
“It’s sad to part ways with a home that has meant so much to us,” he said.
Marketing agent Drew Davies from Place Ascot said the property was one of the best he had ever seen.
“Walking through ‘The Kingdom’ feels like stepping into a realm where luxury and sport collide in the most spectacular way possible,” Mr Davies said.
“It’s truly an experience like no other. Every corner of this property exudes personality and charm.
“It’s not just a house; it’s a statement — a testament to the unique lifestyle it offers.”
Built in 2018, the home was designed by Mr Camilleri and his wife, Jess, alongside an architect, for their family of nine.
“This home has been a haven for our family,” shared Mr Camilleri. “The bedrooms and living upstairs offers space, comfort and privacy while the rest of the house is dedicated to outdoor entertaining and open plan living.”
“It’s a place where you can be as private or open as you want it.”
The property is scheduled for auction on May 25.
