Actress and lifestyle guru Gwyneth Paltrow is selling her LA property for an eye-watering $45m (USD$30m) as she prepares to downsize, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The renovated 1950-built home seamlessly blends its original charm with contemporary finishes.
It boasts reclaimed wood floors, intricate patterned stonework, and spacious open living areas. The living room, with its French doors, opens to a lush, verdant backyard.
Realtor reports Paltrow purchased the property in 2012 for USD$9.95m while married to her now ex-husband, musician Chris Martin.

The chef’s kitchen features a centre island that looks over a breakfast nook and comes with double cooktops, double ranges and a wood-burning oven.
The estate includes a newly built one-bedroom guesthouse that features a “grand entertainment area” with pocket doors to expand the living space outside.

The estate’s high-end gym facilities and game room that connects to the home theatre ensures guest will never get bored. Further amenities include a top of the lines wine cellar and an estate manager’s office.
There is also an apartment that is situated on top of the garage that offers living quarters for staff or guests.
You wouldn’t expect anything less from the wellness advocate as the homes is equipped with “ultrapure” drinking water and air filtration systems.
The eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom estate is located in the Mandeville Canyon area of Brentwood, and is believed to be neighbours to Kendrick Lamar, who is said to have purchased an $60m (USD$40m) estate next door.
It is unclear if Kendrick Lamar’s $60m deal gone through but if it closes, it will be among the priciest property purchases in Los Angeles this year.
