Rebel Wilson’s luxury inner city home is up for sale.
The Hollywood actress is jettisoning her deluxe penthouse in trendy Balmain in Sydney’s inner west with an asking price of around $2.3m.
According to property records, Wilson bought the two level ‘house-like’ home on Reynolds St in 2015 for $1.88m.

It boasts an easy lifestyle of contemporary living with eye-catching views of the city skyline and the Anzac Bridge.
The moves comes almost two years after Wilson sold her Birchgrove house on the Balmain Peninsula for $9.5m, $500,000 above the price guide.
The Pitch Perfect star also bought that home in 2015. But made a considerably larger profit than is likely on her penthouse, after buying the Louisa Rd home for $3.76m. It was given a major rebuild including a new three-level home with a lift.

The home is a short walk to popular Balmain village.
It’s located in the former Lever Brothers soap factory heritage building.
