The Brisbane family home of swimming sensation Ariarne Titmus is back on the market with an asking price of between $2.35m and $2.55m.
The golden girl’s former house in Chelmer just became even more famous after she smashed the world record for the 200m freestyle at the Australian trials on Wednesday night.
The four-bedroom, Hamptons style home recently passed in at auction, despite attracting a number of registered bidders.

It is being marketed by Ann-Karyn Fraser of Place New Farm.
The home was custom built for the parents of the swimmer, Steve, a co-anchor of the Channel Seven Gold Coast News, and Robyn, a recruitment consultant.
It has a pool — of course — and is close to Ariarne’s training facilities, as well as the high school she attended.
The property spans two levels and sits on a 445 sqm block.
Ariarne only moved out in December 2023, and owns a three-bedroom unit in Teneriffe she bought for $1.65m in June 2022.
The 178 sqm unit is currently rented and is located in a building with a rooftop pool boasting views across the city and the Brisbane River, barbecue facilities, and four private dining areas.
All eyes will now be on Ariarne’s performance in Paris.
If she can repeat the 200m-400m double she completed in Tokyo she will surpass the achievements of every Australian swimmer who has come before her, including Dawn Fraser, Ian Thorpe and Shane Gould.
