Fitness entrepreneur Adam Sullivan of Evidence Based Training bought his mum a house on the Gold Coast.

A Gold Coast fitness influencer who earned $380,000 in a week has splurged on a multimillion dollar beachside mansion for his mum.

Adam Sullivan, founder of online coaching business Evidence Based Training (EBT), paid $2.355m for the newly built dream home and surprised his 72-year-old mother with the keys.

Features of the modern double-storey home on a 600 sqm lot include five bedrooms and three bathrooms, a kitchen with Caesarstone benchtops and a walk-in pantry, and open-plan living areas.

Outside, a covered al fresco terrace overlooks the heated pool.

Mr Sullivan, 33, is one of Queensland’s fastest rising gym-fluencers, building a following of more than one million fans across social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok over the past five years.

The university-qualified fitness trainer’s profile has grown exponentially on the back of his larrikin personal brand. He posts daily videos peppered with profanities, drives a pink Mercedes G-Wagon featuring the crude slogan, ‘Cunnies’, and is known for his spin-kicking prowess.

Mr Sullivan recently revealed earning $380,00 in one week and employs more than 60 staff.

He said purchasing the house for his mum ranked as his proudest achievement.

“Out of everything I’ve done in my life, that is probably the biggest thing. I was thinking, ‘why the f**k do I have a Lambo and my mum is working?

“It just hit me that day and within like one to two weeks I’ve bought the house.

“It’s motivation, the feeling you get to be able to do that, and then you can really reflect on where you came from,” he said.

Mr Sullivan grew up in western Sydney before moving to the Gold Coast aged 19. He said his mother had “worked her whole life”.

“I’ve done a sly and I’ve bought a house down the road from me,” Mr Sullivan said in a recent podcast with fellow Gold Coast-based social media identity Troy ‘Candy’ Williams.

“It’s a mad house, and I’m flying her up on Mother’s Day and I drive her [to the house] and be like, ‘this is yours’.”

He built another luxury home on a waterfront parcel purchased in 2021.

PropTrack data shows house prices in the popular suburb were up 10 per cent over the past 12 months.
