Star TV real estate agent Gavin Rubinstein has offloaded his luxury Eastern Suburbs home of two years for around $8m.
The high profile sales agent and star of reality TV series Luxe Listings has owned the contemporary Waverley home since March 2022, when he paid $6.25m, according to property records.
The then-new townhouse was designed by prestige home builder Future Flip.

Rubinstein sold the mirror image detached dual occupancy townhouse on 375sq m next door for the same price a week before his own purchase.
It went to Galilee Energy director Raymond Shorrocks and his wife Stephanie Tetu.
“Each of these homes achieved record prices for the area,” Future Flip’s Neil Hipwell noted on its website at the time.
Hipwell, the award-winning builder and developer, is married to former lads’ magazine model and reality TV star Krystal Hipwell.
Set across three distinct levels, the ground floor offers an open-plan living and dining space that extends to an outdoor limed oak deck and deep-level garden with an eco-heated pool.
