Wallabies players pose with William Webb Ellis trophy after Australia defeated France in 1999 World Cup final at Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, 06/11/1999.

Jason Little, holding the William Webb Ellis trophy after Australia defeated France in 1999 World Cup final at Millennium Stadium in Cardiff in 1999, was a leading figure in Australia rugby’s glory days.

A cul-de-sac position, a prize-winning architectural design and a dress circle location with bushland and harbour views mark the idyllic trifecta for this modern Manly home.

In the boutique Spring Cove estate between Collins and Little Manly Beaches, the five-bedroom BKH creation is a unique example of a contemporary beach house filled with a host of mod cons.

As the sales agent Jake Rowe of the Agency Northern Beaches says: “This is, by far, one of the best newly built homes in Manly.”

The stunning five-bedroom, four-bathroom residence with double parking at 2 Spring Cove, Manly goes to auction on July 19 with a price guide of $15m-$16.5m.

2 Spring Cove, Manly, is just five years old and one of the best newly built homes in the suburb.

Rowe wouldn’t discuss the owner, though other sources said it’s the home of the current Goodman CEO Jason Little. But Little is most famously a Wallabies star, who played in three Rugby World Cups, was twice a world champion, won the Bledisloe Cup 1992, 94 and 98, retained it in 1999 and 2000 and secured a first Tri Nations title in 2000.

The five-year-old residence features sophisticated open plan living spaces including a vast entry level combining casual and formal zones for all occasions.
