A personal concierge service will be offered to residents at landmark luxury resort Jewel in Surfers Paradise.
Jewel Private Residences recently released the Diamond Tower Collection in Tower 3, which are serviced by a team of concierges lead by Christian Espino.
Mr Espino has a 30 year career in hospitality and guest services that has earned him a string of national and international awards.
“As professional concierges we must be weavers of magic – genies who can fulfil even the most random request,” Mr Espino said.
“A good concierge needs a mindset of ‘yes and can do’ attitude and the commitment to make things happen. “It’s our job as a concierge to fulfil any type of request from our residents, within reason, and we must have the highest level of discretion.”
Mr Espino brings three decades of five-star luxury service experience, beginning at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne in the early 90s and including Grand Hyatt Macau and the Mira Hotel in Hong Kong where he helped establish elite concierge teams.
The 34-storey Diamond Tower Collection includes 108 apartments, with bespoke elements in each apartment corresponding to the unique diamond shape building structure.
Jewel resort includes three towers with resort hotel The Langham, Gold Coast in the central tower.
