Three-time NRL premiership winner and ex-Roosters skipper Jake Friend is selling his stunning $3m family home.
Friend, 34, has undertaken a complete renovation of the inner west home since buying it for $1.6m in June 2019.
The five-bedroom, three-bathroom home on 316 sqm in Drummoyne has been brought to market by Ben Horwood of Horwood Nolan with a price guide of $3m.

“It’s a beautiful home, perfect for a young family or one with teenagers,” Mr Horwood said.
“Jake gutted the home and re-did everything, there is a second story addition now and an extension out the back. It’s exceedingly well finished throughout.
“There’s nothing to spend on it, the new buyer can simply move in and enjoy it.
“It’s got that older classic facade that can tug at the heart strings but has been wonderfully updated for modern living.”
