Longtime hip-hop artist Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is selling his 10-bedroom, 1,580 sqm mansion in Beverly Hills for a whopping $92m (US$61.5m),
The price makes it the second most-expensive home now for sale in the exclusive Holmby Hills area, and comes nearly six months after Homeland Security conducted a raid on it.

The bulk of information surrounding the March raids — which also targeted Combs’ waterfront residence in Miami — is unclear.
However, multiple sources have told The Post that they were executed as part of a sex-trafficking investigation, with insiders telling NBC News the investigators are preparing to present evidence to a grand jury in New York.
Authorities reportedly removed multiple electronics from both homes and opened safes inside. In July, Page Six reported the raids caused “significant property damage” at both dwellings.
Not just anyone can line up to eye the house either, with the listing noting that the home will only be shown to “pre-qualified clients” — those who can prove they have a fortune significant enough to afford the property.
The 54-year old music executive will earn a tidy profit if the dwelling trades hands for its current asking price.
He reportedly shelled out $58m (US$39m) for it in 2014. And his Miami home, previously owned by Miami royalty Gloria and Emilio Estefan, cost Combs $52m (US$35m) when he bought that seven years later.

The successful buyer will be in famous company too, with the area reportedly home to Kylie Jenner, tech mogul Sean Parker and fashion scion Alexandra Von Furstenberg.
Listing images show the property standing behind hedges, surrounded by a manicured lawn. There are plenty of areas for outdoor entertaining — and a number of oversized windows gracing the exterior.
The cobblestone driveway leads down to the entry, where the foyer has a sweeping staircase flooded with light.
Key standout features of the home are a large living room, formal dining room, chef’s kitchen and a wine cellar.
There are also a theatre with seats for 35, dual baths and large wardrobes in the primary suite — and even a two-storey guesthouse with a recording studio.
